I just put a new installation on my pc notebook. When right clicking a message, I am used to being able to select a particular email address and more importantly a recent folder to move a message to. My file filters work just fine.

See screenshot.

Thanks, Jeff

Do you see folders in the Move to menu when TB runs in safe/troubleshooting mode (hold Shift when launching TB)?

Your recents list will be empty until you have some recent activities to list. I have no idea why your accounts are not listed, unless you don't have any configured in this install. What account information appears when you select troubleshooting information from the help menu?

Options for Move to did appear after starting in Safe Mode. Then worked through the few extensions I had and found the one that caused the problem.

All good now.
