There are similar questions - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1302582 - with no answers that get archived. Why would they be archived if there are no answers? Will this just be another one? I'm loading a local file, not via a web server. In Developer Tools / Network tab I have Disable Cache checked. When I change the file, FF does not load the new content - on Cmd-R, reload button, reload from the Network tab. Browsers used to have a handy keyboard shortcut to force a full page reload, but now that is gone. I even tried clearing all storage for the page. It is very tedious to close the tab, open a new tab, open Developer Tools, and enter the local file URL once again for every change! Why can't there be a simple way to force this? I even tried about:config browser.cache.check_doc_frequency set to 1. Why do none of these approaches work any longer?
