I have used Thunderbird for many years. I recently updated to Thunderbird 91.3.2 and am now able to receive email messages, but I cannot send them using Thunderbird. (My previous version was Thunderbird 78). I have tried the troubleshooting steps in the following article, but nothing helped: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cannot-send-messages I'll attach a screenshot of my current SMTP settings. My email provider is Localnet.com My ISP is Spectrum My computer is running Windows 10 Home, version 21H1 I use Webroot SecureAnywhere for antivirus and Windows Defender for the firewall. When I tried to send an email message, I got the following error message:

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <cpe-76-91-41-181.socal.res.rr.com[76.91.41.181]>: Client host rejected: Access denied. Please check the message recipient and try again.

Based on their limited documentation, they don't offer secure connections, so the outgoing server settings should be: smtp.localnet.com on port 25 or 587 (not specified), connection security = none, authentication = no authentication.
