FireFox 95.0.2
The newest version of FireFox cannot access certain New York State Government website features like tax map sites. The site loses its functionality with this FireFox version. This occurred once before with an earlier version, but was subsequently corrected with a version update. Now with this latest version, the inaccessibility problem has re-appeared.Here is the web address, if that helps:

I am able to replicate the issue in Nightly and I see that it works in ESR 91.04. This is what I see in Chrome.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.
- How to clear the Firefox cache {web link}
This website doesn't work with a secure connection. If Firefox upgrades the connection to https:// then I see a redirect to http://www.nyc.gov/taxmap/map.htm which of course doesn't work.
Only the insecure http://gis.nyc.gov/taxmap/map.htm link works.
If you use HTTPS-Only mode then create an exception for http://gis.nyc.gov
