? Google and Mozilla are separate entities, so it looks like a scam.
I hear what you are saying about yalls policies regarding this but the fact is I have only the text saying that Google mozilla put on my card so I need for yall to help resolve the issue and assist in getting this hold removed, I'm not asking you to perform a miracle just do what needs to be done for me.
To repeat, this is not "Google Mozilla" and "Google Mozilla" does not exist.
Here's what you should do:
Call your credit card company's toll free number on the back of the card (do not reply to the text or call any number provided in the text) to check on whether this is true and find out more about the transaction.
Unfortunately, if your card number has been compromised, you may be getting a new card.
Actually, you said debit card. I assume the process is similar to a credit card.
Google is the company known for many things like their search engine as in say google.com and Gmail etc. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google
Mozilla is a company known for their web browsers Firefox among many other things they have like their Bugzilla general issues tracker that many companies use. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozilla
If the text you got actually says "Google Mozilla" has put a hold of money on a card then that should be a huge red flag that it is perhaps a scam attempt hoping for you to give a payment or credit/debit card information to them.
The only thing the company Mozilla has that you could be charged for is if you sign up for a Mozilla VPN or a Firefox Private Network subscription.
