Change Keyboard Shortcut for 'Home'

The official list of keyboard shortcuts for Firefox says you can easily get back to your Home page with the shortcut ⌥+home.

However, none of my Mac keyboards have a button called home. Is there a way to change this setting to something useable (for example ⌘+⌥+H)?
