Hi, since you already understand where the profile folders are located, you can try transferring one or two files at a time to bring over critical data from your old profile to the new one.

Bookmarks

Here are two possible methods:

(1) Copy over the database files places.sqlite and favicons.sqlite in place of the new ones. This carries all of the bookmarks, history, and site icons

If that doesn't work, or perhaps for additional resilience:

(2) Copy over the contents of the bookmarkbackups folder from the old profile to the bookmarkbackups folder in the new profile

To apply a backup, use the steps in the Restore article: Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer

Saved Logins

There is a pair of files to transfer: logins.json and key4.db (you need both since key4.db varies between profile folders).

Email Logins

Is this already covered, or do you mean cookies? Cookies are stored in the cookies.sqlite database.

More info on the key files in this article: Recovering important data from an old profile

Any luck?
