lost everything with firefox
my pc had friend so when i got a new one i lost all of my firefox data, how can i get all of it back so i was forced to start all over, i lost all my, bookmarks, tabs, history and saved passwords

If you still have the computer that has the data, you can use sync or a thumb drive to Copy the data to the new system.
no i don't the motherboard and power supply were fried in the storm
The motherboard holds the RAM. It's the hard drive that has the data. If the drive was not damaged, you might be able to recover the data.
i have a LOGIN.jSON file from the old firefox data from 2020 but i try to inmport it but firefox claims there is nno loginn info in there
logins.json and key3.db [v58+]key4.db : These are the password files. Copy Both !

Look in the profile that you have for these files. They should have the same date/time. Copy them into the current profile with Firefox closed.
This could also work on those files;
