I had to delete one of my email accounts (verizon.net) and now want to reinstall. When I attempt to add email account, I get a message "incoming server already exists"! The email account is, in fact, gone. Please help.

Open the troubleshooting information on the help menu. Scroll down the the account part. Now copy and paste that information (drag over with the mouse to select) into a reply on this forum.
