Secure Library Failure
We have 8 computers all running thunderbird with no issues accessing the general - same email accounts. One of our computers last week suddenly would not allow the user to send an email. a box pops up : Send Message Error: ' Sending the message failed. "Secure Library Failure" the configuration related to the smtp.xxxxxx.com must be corrected.' We have looked and compared the settings to the other computers and all matches perfectly. We are able to receive emails, but he still cannot send. I remember that at one point TB required you to enter a PW for the outbound account- but can't find that in the new version, and nothing pops up to require it. Any suggestions?
