Sometimes I get this error msg to emails that I have successfully replied to these same email addresses in the past.

" Sending of the message failed.

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Message has been rejected due to suspected spam content. Please check the message and try again."

Obviously, I'm not sending spam, what server is rejecting the messages and why?
Except for the automatic upgrades I haven't changed anything.

, Help, thanks Adolfo

No idea! The rejection message will say it is from a server address if it arrives as an email. If it arrives as part of clicking send, it is your providers server.

Hello Matt,

Thank you for your reply.

I am contacting my server provider - Optimum. Hopefully, they can resolve this issue, as it is extremely disturbing.

Regards, Victor
