"extensions^Junk" folder under Each Account

Hi,

I am running Thunderbird V102.9.0, 64 bit, Windows 10.

I have (5) IMAP accounts and under each one, a folder called "extensions^Junk" is there. I delete them in Thunderbird, compact folders; Delete them on the IMAP MagicMail web portal; I have renamed the folders; And every time I launch Thunderbird, they reappear. I can watch them appear a few seconds after launching Thunderbird. My email provider says they are not creating them. I do not have any extensions or add-ins installed.

Can anyone please provide a way to get rid of these folders?

I suggest possibly adding an account from another provider, e.g., gmail, to see if the same folder is created. If not, it would indicate something within the email provider for the other accounts.

Thanks David! I added a non-IMAP account and that folder is not created. I will contact my email provider...again.
