Hi

Do you have software in your computer called XMBC (or X Mouse Button Control)? I remember that there was an issue with that software that prevented people from being able to use the scroll wheel.

I understand that the team behind XMBC issued an update to their software that should fix this issue - please can you try updating XMBC.
