Opening emails and using Firefox
Hello Everyone,
When I open an email in Firefox browser it opens in right hand half of the page, unless I use the pop-out facility.
The heading is far too high and cannot be made any smaller.
If I enlarge the type - Ctrl + mouse wheel, or Accessibility + type size .- I cannot scroll.
When replying to an email, it opens in the bottom half of the left hand side.
Sometimes, the replying typed letters only show the first two lines of type and the mouse wheel causes them to disappear when scrolling. In this event, I have to type the words on a Word Document and copy and paste into the email reply space..
So I am unable to use Firefox comfortably.
I am sure there is a way to overcome this and I do not want to have to change my Browser, having used and got used to Firefox for over 20 years!
This has only recently started to happen, and being well past my sell-by date, I find technology a little confusing!
Any advice would be gratefully received, and obviously, faithfully applied!
Regards,
Colin

Which e-mail website are you using? (It's not entirely clear what you mean exactly by "opening an email in Firefox".)
Those settings are controlled by your email provider which may have provided methods for changing them. I would expect the effect to be the same in any web browser.

Hello Dan, and Terry Thank you for your question and replies, and my apologies for not being clear in the wording of my question. My Browser is Firefox, My search engine is DuckDuckGo. My emails are directed to my Email provider - zohomail - and opened through my search engine in Firefox, I have a task bar that has a tag directed to my email inbox. I hope this clarifies my words. Regards Colin
