Contact Talk Talk for a Password reset. TB holds passwords for its email retrieval and delivery but it sounds like this isn't happening. If you want to access the passwords, they're at Hamburger icon (top right)/Settings/Search for 'Password'/Saved Passwords/Show Passwords (use your windows log in to access the information)
