When I am in my thunderbird email it quits responding. I can be trying to access a link, or send a message or open a message and I get a response ?Thunderbird is not responding. This "non-response can last several minutes. Once it appears it then appears with great regularity.

Please start Windows in safe mode with networking enabled - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode
