La password principale non può essere recuperata, può solo essere azzerata (perdendo i dati di login) -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/password-principale-thunderbird#w_rimuovere-la-password-principale

Per le password degli account, devi chiedere al fornitore della casella email.
