My anti-virus (AVG) software says the following cookie is a virus...Cookies.sqlite, cookies.sqlite-journal and they are some tracking cookies by firefox. Should I delete them?

Sounds to me like you should remove it. The best way to do this is by clearing all your cookies. I would follow the Deleting All Cookies on this page Clear cookies and site data in Firefox.
