Why can't I download video from Real player using firefox

Since I have upgraded I cannot download videos using Realplayer SP Plus. Other websites it will not allow me to make payments and certain websites will not show all images or graphics. I can do these things using Internet Explorer. I never had a problem until I updates did several updates.

https://addons.mozilla.org/nl/firefox/addon/easy-youtube-video-downl-10137/ and download the Easy Youtube video downloader.

After yoou've done this you'll still see below the vid window: thumb up/down, add to, share but also DOWNLOAD AS clic on it and choose download as .fvl. ET VOILA the problem is fixed.
