iGoogle is my home page. I have an add-on (if that's what you call it) called Google Calendar. It works fine when I bring up Internet Explorer but will not load in Firefox. " This is the error message I get: The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

   * This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

I am pretty sure Firefox is accepting all cookies. Not being a computer whiz: I can't determine if this is my problem or not. I do not want to delete the calendar option because: 1. It is working fine on IE and 2. I have years of information stored in that calendar that I'm afraid I'll loose if I delete it from Firefox.

Try deleting the google.com cookies, you can get this error message if the cookie is malformed. For good measure also clear the cache. For details see deleting cookies and how to clear the cache.

For other things to check if the above does not help, see the websites say cookies are blocked article.

Thank you TonyE. I tried each of your suggestions in order and found that the last one (clearing the history - both cookies and cache) was the solution that worked. I truly appreciate your help.

I deleted a lot of "google.com" cookies and it solved my problem. Firefox 5.0 and Windows XP.

Thanks!

This solution works, but the next time I open Firefox the cookie problem is back, and I have to clear out the cookies again. Anyone else found a permanent solution to this yet?

My problem is that the calendar gadget loads to the homepage, but it is completely blank. It works fine in Safari and Chrome (it had better work there).

Try going to Firefox Help, and "restart with add-ons disabled." I spent the morning on the phone with an Apple tech, and the afternoon with various suggestions: this one worked instantly.
