How do I find and use an add on I've downloaded?

I downloaded the Keep Tube extension. It shows up in Tools / Add Ons. I need to know where to find it to be able to use it. I assumed it would be through Firefox somewhere on the menu, but is it somewhere else?

Thank you. This is a great tool.

For reference for other users, my 3.6.11 version of Firefox does not show the icon in the toolbar, only in the Status Bar. The only link that works is the one on the youtube site, not the one on the Status Bar.

Edmeister's link of http://keep-tube.com/firefox-extension.php was helpful for finding the icon on the youtube page.
