Well, theres not much to tell. I have MIcrolab 7-730 speakers, sound card that supports those speakers. When I listen to music in winamp, the sound comes wrom all the speakers. When using web, the sound comes only from front ones and the subwoofer. Could someone point out to the problem? Oh, and I checked for some configuration problems in fddshow audio config tool. Everything was ok.

Firefox version:3.6.13; winXP; Installed plugins :* Office Plugin for Netscape Navigator

Thanks to 4 weeks of researching and seeking for software, I have found a solution for the problem. There is a program, which modifies 2 ch audio to 6ch audio. The sound itself is very good. Programm`s called SRS Audio Sandbox. It works in background. You can even tell it to start on startup. Just be sure to configure it right(options->cofiguration checklist might help) and enable Circle surround II in technology tab. After these steps audio should be coming from all the speakers. There are some more fine features, worth checking out. Note: this software modifies all sounds which are sent to speakers, but do not worry, the 5.1 music and videos will be threated as 5.1.

Hope this helps.
