How do I install Firefox in English on a computer in Mexico?

I have a Dell 2009 computer with 4 gigs of memory. I am running Windows 7 home ultimate. My home is in San Carlos Mexico. I had Firefox installed with the Windows 7 as my web browser. I uninstalled Windows 7 and went back to Windows XP service pack 3. After realizing my dumb error I had Windows 7 re-installed, but when I download Firefox it only installs in Spanish(which I don't speak). I have tried many times to reinstall it(I even have my IP address located in the United States via Hide-My-Ip aplication) but it still installs in Spanish.My question is: How can I install Firefox on my computer? Would a cd with Firefox on it work? Please advise as I really like Firefox much better than IE(which installed on my computer in English ok).Thank you for your prompt response. Charles Yoder

You can get the English version from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html
