I live in China, have tried downloading Ff in English (3.6.15), yet it always comes up in Chinese.

I really don't like the Chinese version, so I have downloaded Firefox 3.6.15 (Brit English) several times, using Ccleaner to erase after each attempt, yet I still end up with Chinese. I realise that my IP address identifies me as being in China, but surely the particular version I download is coded for English. I could scream!
