My old motherboard went down and now trying to transfer old bookmarks from old hard drive to new installation, any ideas how i can do it ?

Trying to import my old book marks from my old version of firefox on my old hard drive which I now have as a buddy onto my new system and re installed firefox. Any one have any ideas ?
