In Ask search engine image background will not save

When I load image backgound in Ask search engine it loads but cannot be saved. receive the following dialogue "Firefox could not install the search plugin from "http://sp.uk.ask.com/askjeeves_ff.xml" because an engine with the same name already exists. I cannot find any duplicate files on computer. The same problem occurs in safe mode.
