Firefox has auto saved a misspelled user name. I tried to delete it with 'delete all history', but it still pops up. How can I delete it?

Firefox has saved a mis spelled user name. I tried to delete it with History 'delete all', but it still pops up? How can I delete it?

Did you try to clear that name and password in the Password Manager ?

It is in a usual username and password form of s 'standard' web app.
