Where to go to download Shockwave Flash 10.2 r152 ?

I can not find in Firefox where i should go to update my outdated version plugin of "Shockwave Flash". I was told to do this when i went to the Check your plugins > Action section in updating Firefox.In My windows control panel i don't have Shockwave Flash listed in the add or remove programs section at all. I have Adobe Flash Player 10ActiveX & 10 Plugin; Adobe Reader X(10.1.0); Adobe Air; Acrobat.com; Google Chrome and Ethernet Explorer. I am running Windows XP Professional (sp3).If you need more info please ask. MAY THE BLESSINGS BE.

You need to update this one:

  • Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX & 10 Plugin

Update the Flash plugin to the latest version.
