when I try to view my paystub, I get a message "additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page", and does not give which plugins I need.

When I try to display my paystubs from MIO (my information online) portal, I get a message stating additional plugins are required to display the media on this page, but doesn't give which plugin(s) are required. I updated the plugins that I have installed but this did not fix the problem. When I use the other browsers, ie, Safari, I can view the paystubs, but not with Firefox. Do you know what I'm missing.

Thanks Don

Is the document a PDF or an image? If it's an image, what kind of image is it?

I'm not sure of the easiest way for you to determine that. If you read HTML source, you could use the view source feature. Alternately, if you use Tools > Page Info > Media tab, perhaps you can determine the nature of the missing item there.
