I have been barred from a website because my computer has made more than 10,000 requests for data. They say it must have something to do with RSS, I dont have the site bookmarked, what else could it be?

A website I use numerous times a day, got in touch and said my computer was requesting a huge amount of information from them, so much so that it could slow the site down. They thought it could be a toolbar requesting the information via RSS. I have checked all bookmarks and I don't have the site bookmarked, as I presume that I should not be requesting RSS from them either. I am at a loss as to why my computer is requesting it and I don't know how to stop it. Thanks for any help.

Ooops, forgot to look, but have changed it to 5000, whatever it was using the link you provided. Hopefully that will have solved it as I cant think what else it would be.
