when viewing a video computer shuts down,says no sync ,why

when i view a video such as on yahoo.com,it will play about 2 minutes and computer shuts down, and on my screen it says no sync

What version of flash player do you have installed? http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

Please post the graphics section from about:support
