That is a legitimate mirror site. Mozilla has mirror sites worldwide to spread the load on the servers. See, under Europe, on the following list. Hover your cursor over the "HTTP" under "Umeå University (se)" to see the URL.
You can always download the current version from the follow page (choose your OS and language). You may still be directed to a mirror site.
