HTML to filenames with spaces search for %2520 instead of %20
Hi
When I have HTML that uses file names with paths that have spaces in them, Firefox 8.01 looks for a URL that has %2520 instead of spaces.
Looking online this seems to be because a space is encoded as %20 and then the % is encoded again as %25.
Why does this happen? Is it a bug? How do I fix it other than go back to using Internet Explorer?

Can you post a link or the HTML code that you use?
The code is:
<img src="C:\Users\User\Documents\Comic Collector\Thumbnails\fb649ddaabbbf57643731dd8a4d463cd.jpg">
It displays correctly in Internet Explorer but not Firefox. Firefox translates it to ...Comic%2520Collector...

You need to use the file:/// protocol for such local links.
