everytime I navigate to anywhere on the web, a box comes up asking me to allow or deny and what port to use etc... I don't know what any of this means and I can

Hi, Everytime I log on, firefox pops up and asks me if I want to allow or deny all of these web addresses and what port to use and on and on and on. They pop up so frequently I cannot go anywhere. They have the Firefox logo on them but no indication as to what application this is so I can turn it off
