Enough is enough This is going around in circles!! Why can I NOT use the new Firefox with my imac with OS 10.5.8 and plenty of space, plus 512 MB RAM?? Somebody please give me an answer!! Sorry, but it's the PowerPC processor. The latest builds of Firefox are only compiled to run on newer Macs with Intel processors.
A separate group of people has adapted Firefox 10 to run on the PowerPC processor, so if you want to change from the current version, you could try this: http://www.floodgap.com/software/tenfourfox/
