How can I save settings to my usb-drive, like not asking for being a standard browser or importing history.

I have installed Mozilla Firefox on my USB-device and everytime I open it it will ask for being the standard browser and if I need any imported browserhistory, I just want it to start regularly, never asking that. Probably is that because it saves those settings onto the PC it's launched on, but I want it to fully depend on the USB-device.

Did you install the portable Firefox version that is configured to run from a removable drive or did you install the regular Firefox version?

That happens if Firefox doesn't find the profiles.ini file.

You can either specify the full path of the profile or use the portable Firefox version that places the profile in the installation folder.
