Can't sign in to directv on nbcolympics.com
NBC is streaming the olympics at www.nbcolympics.com , one is required to sign in ONCE. I tried, chose the directv icon, which I use at home, and NBC's login popup is blank, it says essentially it cannot read my login information. I've check ed with friends, they had no trouble using firefox and directv. I've started FF in safe mode, with no relief. I've killed malwarebytes, no joy. The only things running (I am pretty sure) are windows firewall (WIn 7 64 bit) and MS security essentials.

I deleted cookies over and over - even when I safe-started FF by holding the shift key, I would delete the cookies, close the window, go back in to the cookies, and they would all be there again. (is that working as designed?) What finally, on the 6th message from NBC Oly tech support, was this: 1) Clear your browser cookies 2) Clear your flash cache by going to this page: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html and and click "delete all sites". 3) Close your browser 4) Reopen your browser This fixed it in FF, I am happily seeing ARCHERY COMPETITION. woo hoo! Thanks for replying!

WHen I try to sign in, from inside the US as required (Texas), I see this blank popup. Has anyone else run into this, found a solution?
This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that aren't send.

I have Charter and had the same problem on my PC running Norton. I've been searching for a solution to this ALL DAY! I just want to watch the equine dressage videos from this morning. I could get it to work on my laptop with Win XP (running Norton), and my BlackBerry Playbook via web browser. The problem is the processors are slower and they can't handle the video and kept stalling and causing problems. I have an updated version of Norton on my PC, so I thought that was the problem. I tried everything, or so I thought.
The above solution posted by TexARC worked for me! The video is running without a hitch. :-)
THANK YOU, THANK YOU! It took me all day to find this solution and under a minute to fix it. Enjoy the games!
