Installed the Java plug-in but still can't see my signature on one of the websites I frequent.
For the past 3 years I have been able to view my signature. About 2 weeks ago (give or take), instead of pictures showing up as my signature, the word image is. Everyone who is using Mozilla Firefox is having the same problem. Whoever is viewing with google chrome can see my signature. What else can I do.

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.
