I want to delete the Yahoo toolbar but can't seem to do it, why?

I downloaded a program and it installed yahoo toolbar with it. I uninstalled it from the control panel and the toolbar is still there. Can't find it anywhere else on my computer to delete it from. How do I get rid of this?
