Can't find Display in Application Settings. Want to control brightness.
"Control screen brightness on Firefox OS How Do I Control Brightness Manually or Automatically?
Adjust screen brightness by using the Display function in the settings application.
Tap the Settings app and choose Display."
Above are the instructions to control brightness in Foxfire. The Settings application appears under Options and does't have Display in it. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Hi TheWeav, the article you mentioned is for the new FirefoxOS phones. Is your question about one of those or about Firefox on your Windows XP system?
Versions of Firefox for desktop computers don't have a brightness setting. You can adjust your display brightness using the global setting for Windows, which may involve some special function keys on your keyboard or a Windows control panel.
If you only want to adjust brightness of pages in Firefox -- to tone down white backgrounds, for example -- you could try an add-on.
- In this thread, the NoSquint extension was suggested: how to change brightness.
- Several independently developed add-ons are tagged with the keyword "brightness" and might be worth a review: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/tag/brightness?platform=windows
Can you find a good solution?

Yes, that was the article I was quoting from. I didn't realize it was for a phone. Thanks. I will look into the add-ons.
