when I try to open video from web it gives the plugin error, but cannot find any suitable plugin. I am using ubuntu 13.04. how can it be solved?

Hi can you update firefox to the latest version.

And use the package manager (Synaptic) and install the packages flashplugin-installer and if needed gecko-mediaplayer.
