Whey i try to browse thro firefox, it gives the above message. It does not allow me. I typed google.com instead. But still i could not get to any page. What is wrong.

I have a computer and a laptop. For microsoft fix it you have to have internet connection. When i try to download fixit to fix a problem in my laptop with the internet connection i have (I enabled auto detection), thro firefox, it does not allow me to go to the page to get the fix.
Instead , it is saying no trusted connection for every page i attempt to browse. Why and what is the solution

If you expand the Technical Detail on the page, what is the explanation for why the certificate is not trusted?

For downloading the Microsoft Fixit, which I assume is from Microsoft.com, have you tried using Internet Explorer?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

Sir, I also wish to state that when i check the users it shows me as user and one guest, who is having a name not recognised, as english codes. Is this weird behaviour.

When i try to do a bootscan with avast, the computer boots but boots to normal screeen.
