unable to edit instantpage in GoDaddy domain website

trying to edit instantpage/temporary webpage for a website domain. unable to edit. the picture is only part showing - too big, zooming in and out does not help, trying another browser doesn't either. No sidebar or bottom bar, I notice, on this page.

Would adding any of Firefox's Web Developer extension tools fix this, do you think? GoDaddy could not help me.

I don't have access to the GoDaddy editor for hands-on experimentation...

Is it an option to delete the picture (maybe by clicking it and pressing the Del key on the keyboard) and then upload a smaller one rather than trying to resize it in the editor?
