Please do the following:

1. Restart your pc.
2. Wait 3 minutes.
3. Double click on the downloaded setup (exe file).
4. Wait 1 minute.
5. Firefox will start installing.

Hi, sorry I did this and it will ask if I give permission and I say yes and wait a few mins and nothing...

Please try the following one by one, after each wait 1 minute before trying the next:

1. Right click on set up exe file and click on Run as administrator.
2. If you have any antivirus installed please disable it and then do the above.

If you fail again please provide the following information:

1. System details from Control Panel-System and Security-System.
2. URL of the page from which you downloaded Firefox.

What is the size of your downloaded Firefox setup file?

Please try the following:

Download Firefox in a separate pc and then transfer that file using a usb drive to your laptop and then try to install.

See if you can download the full installer package.
