I need to speak to someone who can help me transfer my thunderbird contacts from my carbonite backup to my new computer
My old computer (PC windows nt ) was backed up on Carbonite. I want to salvage the contacts and transfer them to my new computer which has windows 7 but I am not sure I want to transfer the emails, just the contact list. My old computer had emails dating back to 2004 not sure I want them all in the new thunderbird since the old one slowed down with all the emails. Is there a way to just copy the contact list? I want it to be able to autofill when I type a name. The Carbonite files are on my new computer

I'm not 100% sure, but if you want restore only your contacts you need restore only abook.mab and history.mab
