My log in and all my Emails disapeared over the weekend, and its trying to get me to start a new account, why?

Unlike a normal day when I signed in this morning none of my info was recognized. It keeps prompting me to start a new account when all I want is access to my existing account and emails, please help my business is very dependent on those emails.
