Currently when I click on bookmarks the dropdown list my bookmarks are split with inbox at the top and sent, trash, templates, Drafts, outbox and archives at the bottom. Kind of a pain. I used to have them at the top all together which was nice to group them. I can't seem to find a solution to move them back up top together. See photo. Please keep it simple.

I assume you are referring to the folders in the image you posted. You have half of them as sub folders of the inbox (I have no idea why anyone would want to do that.) The rest are sub folders of local folders. Perhaps if you placed your folders against the same root folder they would be grouped together.
