My PgUp & Dn buttons now navigate forward and back instead of paging/scrolling.

Suddenly my PgUp and PgDn buttons go to previously visited web pages. before today they simply scrolled up or down.

I DO NOT have caret browsing turned on nor did I in the past. Caret browsing fixes the problem for Pg buttons but the up and down arrow buttons change.
