I have installed a new computer, however cannot access my existing Email account via Thunderbird. It keeps asking for a password which I do not have.

I have access to my Email account on the other computer but wish to access it again on this new one.

Thanks

Chosen solution

It would be asking for your email password. You must have saved it on the older computer. You can see what is saved at options-security-passwords-saved passwords

If that does not work you have to work with your provider to reset your email password.

FYI: It is not a good idea to post your email address in a public forum unless you like Spam.
