Hi - I can open most emails, but I have a free fax to email and I can't open any more than the first page they've faxed to me. Any ideas? Also, when I'm emailing documents via Thunderbird, my addresses don't come up as options and I have to put them all in by hand. Can you tell I've only just started using Thunderbird ;) Any suggestions would be most welcome - driving me mad!!!!

Please "I have a free fax to email" .... What is it. Apparently it is important as it is doing the conversion. So a little on what and how would help.

"my addresses don't come up as options "

Restart Thunderbird with add-ons disabled (Thunderbird Safe Mode). On the Help menu (Alt+H), click on "Restart with Add-ons Disabled". If Thunderbird works like normal, there is an Add-on or Theme interfering with normal operations. You will need to re-enable add-ons one at a time until you locate the offender.

Hi Matt - thanks for taking the time to help me. I seem to have resolved the attachment problem, as have found if I open them in Windows Photo Viewer I get all the pages - very happy!

If I restart Thunderbird with the add-ons disabled to resolve the address issue, will I lose any of my files/contacts/emails? I use this for my business and don't know what I'd do if they disappeared!

Thanks again :)
